- $5.95 Return Processing Fee per order (deducted from refund)
- No fee for exchanges — waived if exchanging for a different size, color, or style
- Prepaid return label available for $14.95 (or ship yourself at your expense)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at checkout, but exchanging is easy and fee-free:
- Order the new item on our website
- Start a return for the original item and select “Exchange” as the reason
- The $5.95 fee will be automatically waived
- Free shipping applies to the new order if it meets the $99 threshold
Return Requirements – Please Read Carefully
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

- Items tried on indoors on carpet or rugs only
- Unworn with no signs of wear on soles or uppers
- All original tags attached
- Original box and packaging included
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
✗ What We Cannot Accept
- Shoes worn outside or on hard surfaces
- Items with dirt, scuffs, scratches, or creasing
- Items with any signs of wear that prevent resale as new
- Missing tags, boxes, or packaging materials
1. Pay return shipping to have them sent back, OR
2. Allow us to donate or dispose of them at no charge.
No refund or store credit will be issued.
Closeout Items – Final Sale
Closeout items (those with “- Closeout” in the product name) are final sale and qualify for store credit only. No cash refunds. All other return requirements apply.

- Get Your Label (optional) — Receive via email within 24 hours
- Ship It Back — Print and drop off
- We Inspect — Items checked for compliance
- Refund / Store Credit / Exchange — Processed within 5 business days
