These have a lot of toe room, very similar to the Sanita wood bottom clogs, which is a good thing. Sizing is generous- Size 45 is about right for me and I'm a US size 12 wide in most shoes. The instep in this style is quite generous, so unlike wood soled Sanitas I've had, these do well with good thick socks. Very comfortable after a long day of wear, and a decent price. Definitely recommended.
