Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at checkout, but exchanging is easy and fee-free:

• Order the new item on our website
• Start a return for the original item and select “Exchange” as the reason
• The $5.95 fee will be automatically waived
• Free shipping applies to the new order if it meets the $99 threshold

• Items with dirt, scuffs, scratches, or creasing
• Items with any signs of wear that prevent resale as new
• Missing tags, boxes, or packaging materials

Closeout items (those with “- Closeout” in the product name) are final sale and qualify for store credit only. No cash refunds. All other return requirements apply.
