We import all the products you see on our website directly from Europe. We bypass the middle-men and pass on the savings to you.
On occasion, we buy Factory Second items from certain brands. These are items that will usually have very minor cosmetic flaws that were discovered at the final stages of the manufacturer's Quality Control. There is never a structural problem with the product itself. Some possible blemishes you may find are things like stretch marks, scuffs or nicks. Because of these minor imperfections, we are able to sell these high-quality, imported shoes at substantial savings. If an item has very obvious or multiple imperfections, it will not pass the quality inspection at shipping time. All Factory Second items are clearly marked in the title of the item with a (2nd) as well as Factory Second in the Product Description.
Unfortunately no, however, our Quality Assurance team visually inspects all footwear ordered before shipment. If the footwear you ordered does not pass inspection, we will let you know and cancel/refund your order.
