I find both the service and my 43-sized clogs in oil-rubbed black to be excellent.
Bjorg was fast to let me return a size 42 and resend size 43.
I have narrow/slim long feet, and it's always a gamble which size will work best.
I was positively surprised, as I'm not "swimming" in the glogs. I would call them a flexible fit. Also, they provide a more "springy" step, thanks to the special construction material.
